These terms apply to all areas of 375pk including sports betting, live casino, slot games, bonuses and promotions, deposits, withdrawals and customer account management. 375pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, contact details and payment account details. Changes to your registered information must be submitted to customer support for verification. 375pk will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match the verified identity on the player account.
All deposits on 375pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may be updated from time to time. 375pk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.
Payment matching: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.
375pk is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. PKR withdrawals are sent to your verified JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. Withdrawals cannot be sent to a third party or to a payment account not registered in your name.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. You may also be required to demonstrate activity — meaning a reasonable volume of genuine betting or gaming — before a withdrawal of deposited funds is approved. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
Processing times vary by payment method. Most PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. 375pk is not liable for delays introduced by payment providers after the withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.
Note: Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting bonus conditions will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
375pk offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
A wagering requirement means the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before a withdrawal becomes available. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
All sports bets placed on 375pk are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules govern how bets are settled, what happens in the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, and how in-play bets are handled when technical issues occur.
For Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and all international cricket, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned before a result is reached, bets will generally be voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis result has been formally declared. Specific in-play cricket betting rules are available in the platform's help section.
375pk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds — including technical errors where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system fault. We also reserve the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information or coordinated irregular betting activity. In these cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. These limits are displayed in the platform and apply regardless of the stake placed. Any winnings above the stated maximum for a market will be paid only up to the cap, with the remainder forfeited.
All casino games available on 375pk — including live casino tables, slot games and games in the Game Lobby — use certified random number generation or live dealer operations provided by third-party software studios. 375pk does not control the game outcomes beyond providing access to the platform.
Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures are available in the game information section for each title. The house edge means that over time the platform retains a percentage of all wagers — this is the fundamental nature of casino gaming and applies to all players equally.
Disconnections during live casino sessions are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game outcome will be determined by the provider's system and 375pk will honour the result as returned by the provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. 375pk will cooperate with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity.
375pk collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
375pk's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses incurred due to planned or unplanned maintenance, technical outages, third-party payment failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
375pk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to an updated version, you should close your account before the changes come into effect.
